Wood Brothers Property Services, owned and operated by Shawn and Luke Wood, is built on a foundation of hard work, integrity, and community values. Growing up in a small Kansas town, near Topeka, these principles were instilled in them from an early age.

The business was born from a cherished family tradition. Each summer, their family would visit their family cabin along the Gunflint Trail in Minnesota, a beloved retreat held by their family since 1974. These trips fostered a profound appreciation for nature and created lasting memories that continue to inspire their work today.

As proud Eagle Scouts, both brothers gained valuable skills in leadership, responsibility, and service. These guiding principles remain at the heart of Wood Brothers Property Services, shaping both their personal and professional lives.

When the opportunity arose to acquire Michael Valentini’s business, which had managed their cherished cabin and many others for years, Shawn and Luke saw a perfect fit. They combined their expertise and passion for this special place, embarking on a mission to serve the community along the Gunflint Trail with the same dedication and care they have for their own family cabin.
